Stop Starting Over.
Finish What Pays.
You have been 3–5 years in business. You know what to do. What you need is a room that holds you to done — in 30 days, on a project that makes you money.
You have the ideas.
You have the skill.
So why isn't it done?
You are not
a beginner. So why does
nothing finish?
You built a business. You kept going when it was hard. You are not someone who quits.
But there is a project — probably more than one — that has been sitting at 80%, 90%, almost-done for months. And every week you think about it. And every week something else takes priority.
You're making good money. So it's not about survival. It's about the gap between what you're earning and what you COULD be earning if you just... finished.
Every week you tell yourself "this is the week." But life happens. And that project? Still unfinished. Still costing you.
You don't need another course (You have plenty of unfinished ones in your inbox). You don't need more color-coded planners. You need to be in a room where finishing projects is the standard.
I built GRIT because I was about to quit.
I'm a former college athlete and 2X national rodeo qualifier turned entrepreneur running two businesses while raising a family. I help female founders finish the revenue-generating projects that have been sitting half-done for months or implement the habits that they need to become the kind of woman who is ready for the next level income.
I created GRIT because I was about to quit. Not because I lacked ideas or drive, I was drowning in unfinished projects. Then one evening, reading a devotional, I felt the Lord clearly say: Keep going. That was the moment GRIT became what it is today.
Now, I help female founders stop letting revenue collect dust and start collecting actual revenue. My clients don't need more ideas—they need their projects FINISHED. And in GRIT, that's exactly what happens. We get more done in 6 months than most do in 3 years because we focus on one thing: DONE.
I'm Linzie, and GRIT was built for Founders Who Finish
